Claudeforce: Salesforce + Anthropic, Live

A morning session at the Eden Resort on Claudeforce — the Salesforce and Anthropic partnership heading into open beta this month. What it does today, what your org needs first, and how to get in. Hosted with Salesforce.

About this session

Claudeforce puts your Salesforce data to work inside Claude, governed by the permissions and business rules your org already runs on. Salesforce in Claude ships as a plugin with 37 sales skills — daily briefings, pipeline reviews, close plans, call prep, activity logging — and open beta is planned for this month. This session cuts through the announcement: what the skills actually do against real pipeline, what has to be true in your org before an admin connects it, and how the governance and data-retention story holds up. Salesforce joins us in the room, so beta access and licensing questions get answered directly. Lunch is included.

Agenda

  1. 9:45 AM

    Coffee and introductions

Grab coffee and meet the room — sales leaders, RevOps, and Salesforce admins from across Lancaster County, all sizing up the same question: where AI actually earns its keep in the revenue stack, not where it's just a slide.

  2. 10:15 AM

    What Claudeforce actually is

what Salesforce-in-Claude actually is: the plugin, the 37 sales skills, MCP under the hood — shown, not slideware

  3. 10:25 AM

Equipter case study: 9 real workflows

Live in Equipter's own Salesforce org. Exec pipeline queries, a seller's daily flow, marketing analytics, content drafting, service reporting

  4. 11:05 AM

Open Q&A: dig into any workflow

bring your own pipeline question, we'll run it live

  5. 11:50 PM

Lunch, beta access, and roadmap Q&A

Open floor with Salesforce on getting into the beta, licensing, and what ships next.

What you'll leave with

  • A clear read on what the Claudeforce beta covers today — and what it doesn't
  • A readiness checklist for permissions, data hygiene, and the admin connect
  • One seller workflow you can pilot the week you get access
  • Direct answers on beta enrollment and licensing from Salesforce

Who it's for

  • Sales leaders and CROs evaluating AI in the revenue stack
  • RevOps and enablement teams planning a seller rollout
  • Salesforce admins and architects who'd own the connection
  • IT and security leads reviewing AI data governance
